My name is Rolland Dall and I have been in the meat industry for over thirty-five years. One of my hobbies is making a great bar- b- que for family and friends.
One day my wife Anna asked me if I could make a bar- b- que sauce without any high fructose corn syrup. Why ruin a great bar -b -que with a sauce that does not have great, high-quality ingredients? (I was up for the challenge).
So, we started experimenting in our kitchen and have perfected the recipe. Our friends, family and neighbours can’t get enough of our sauce and we believe you won’t either. Our sauce is not just delicious, as we like to say it,s………………..Dal-licious!
